Lambayeque is a region of northwestern Peru known for its desert landscapes, dry forests and Pacific beaches, such as Pimentel. The capital of Lambayeque is Chiclayo a beautiful city in wich we can find the archaeological site of Huaca Rajada houses the uncovered tomb of the Lord of Sipán, a former ruler of the Moche culture. In Lambayeque, the Royal Tombs of Sipan Museum exhibits some findings found in the tomb, such as jewelry, ceramics and bone remains.
